FYI: I have never done any of this and we use our own scripting now, but I have been with CCBill so long and have nosed around the admin area so much I think I have a pretty good understanding of it.
Anyways wait till tomorrow and call them back and kindly skip by the regular tec people and ask to speak with someone in instalations I believe, this is where the more knowledgable ccbill tec personel are.

We have received your feature request and appreciate your suggestion.
Currently we do not have the option of different payout percentages for initial signups and rebills. We will review the request and consider implementing the feature. Please reply if you have any questions.
