The National Hockey League released new statistics today. There are now 23 hockey fans remaining, 22 in Canada and one in Minnesota - this is down from yesterday's figure of 30. The NHL plans to fly the 23 die hards from arena to arena when the league starts up again so the rinks don't look completely empty on television - oh wait, they don't have any television contracts.
