Bacardi is ok, but...
You might want to try Flora de Cana, its a Nicaraguan rum that can be found in the states (mostly in Cali, AZ, Florida etc..), try to get the 7 year although the 4 year is good too. Another great one is from Cuba, but you can't get in the states, Havana Club, they make an incredible especial that will blow you away (my fav). Other great rums are from Hondorus and Dom Republic, and they can be found super cheap. Bacardi does makes a really great bottle of rum, although i don't think you can get it in the states, and its expensive, its a limited bottling of some 10 year old or more, i know in the bahamas its $90 USD a bottle... but its good ;)
