It's one of the few registrars I use/trust. But sometimes price should not be your only reason for choosing a registrar. I prefer godaddy because of the 24hour phone support, but don't use them if you spam, because they will delete/onhold your domain.
I'm considering Moniker because of the good things I've heard about their security...
