Now ONE-UP the idea! The person requesting the nick must pay $15 to do so. Non-refundable! You can't provide accecptable proof or have multiple nicks, you lose your money. You want extra nicks and find a proxy, np.. going to cost you $5 though...

Personally I think the board should have a yearly fee. Say $50. When you signup it costs $15 and after 3 months you need to pony the remaining $35.
