yah it does, i was just looking at it under "Base Percent Payout"
the only thing I am not sure of is if you set the "Base Dollar Payout" to a certain amount, if the recurring charges will credit another "Base Dollar Payout" amount or will give the "Base Percent Payout"
FYI: I have never done any of this and we use our own scripting now, but I have been with CCBill so long and have nosed around the admin area so much I think I have a pretty good understanding of it.
Anyways wait till tomorrow and call them back and kindly skip by the regular tec people and ask to speak with someone in instalations I believe, this is where the more knowledgable ccbill tec personel are.
