If you want to continue with the politics of 3rd party processors, then pick your poison between what is left. If you want to control your destiny and maintain control of your joins which is in essence your business, then contact Mitch at Netbilling.com and get your own merchant account. Whatever you don't process cascade to either CCBill or Paycom. For 2k and a the time it takes to fill out the application, it will be well worth it.
