English only consists of words in a dictionary? Dictionaries usually years before adding a word into the 'official' lexicon.

I'm sure the word "homie" isn't in any dictionary, yet it's in common usage in many places. Oxford only recently added 'Doh', and simpsons has been around for a decade.
