hey, guys.
recently we kind of adding more traffic but the signup getting less which make think maybe our billing are cheating on us. if it were one month ago all our subscirptions are much more than now, and the traffic quality is the same..
and we checked the .htaccess only points right htpassword where no extra members was added except these we know from billing, if they want to cheat us at least this is the only way for them to add members in which we can see from here, right? but still we kind of thinking billing are cheating on us maybe...
so.. guys.. with your experience, is there any other way billing could cheat us to take client's subscriptioin money away by providing them secret access to our site which we dont' know at all? or that's not possible from .htaccess and htpassword file doesn't see any extra member was added...
any assistance regardign this matter with high appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!
