Yeah, it sucks you can't do that anymore - but you can still have some fun!

1. Write down his license plate, and car description and the direction he's traveling.
2. Find a payphone, and put on some glvoes, put in a quarter (wipe it off first to remove your fingerprints), call 911
3. Tell cops he was weaving in and out of traffic dangerously and when other drivers flipped him off - you saw him wave a gun at them.
4. Sit back knowing the cops won't let it go and will go have a "talk" with him.
5. Every 3-5 weeks repeat the procedure - regardless if you ever see him again. He'll get a rep as being a repeat offender and his life becomes a living hell with each new report.
