I sent a small test between nov 4-7. This is my results to date:

Total 38,379 1:63 608 1:20 31 14 - $1,248.68

So around $40.25 per signup so far.

Rebills are most definetly still coming through though:

Tue Feb 15 - 0:0 - 0:0 - 2 - $68.34
Wed Feb 16 2 0:2 - 0:0 - - - $0.00
Thu Feb 17 6 0:6 - 0:0 - 1 - $17.30
Fri Feb 18 4 0:4 - 0:0 - 1 - $17.30
Sat Feb 19 1 0:1 - 0:0 - 1 - $34.17
Sun Feb 20 2 0:2 - 0:0 - - - $0.00
Mon Feb 21 - 0:0 - 0:0 - - - $0.00
Tue Feb 22 1 0:1 - 0:0 - - - $0.00

So I guess it is a matter of waiting. From here it is all plus based on what I'd be earning on the regular $40 per signup, but personally I'd prefer to get the money upfront.
