GTS Mark

I hate it to get to this point but I would like to inform everyone of an unfortunate situation that we found about today.

Andrew Katrib AKA Smutgiant who was a previous employee of GTS has been found stealing our personal partner accounts one of which was Madthumbs. Andrew currently is a sales rep for Soulcash. Please make this known that I have nothing but the highest respect for Seth and his program Soulcash and don't want them to look badly because of this moron. We have tracked all his submissions back and Andrew was submitting his own personal galleries through our partner accounts at Madthumbs and possible quite a few other sites after we terminated his employment.

We hired Andrew last year to handle submitting galleries for us as well as doing other administrative work. After a couple of months we found him to be a completely useless employee. He was always on MSN talking to his friends and he actually would pretend to submit galleries. I mean he was actually WORKING at NOT-WORKING!! LOL! I had to get one of my guys just to babysit this little prick all day just to make sure he got his work done. Also in addition to all of this he never made it into work on time....

Anyways long story short this guy, signed a non-compete with our company and he is in strong violation of that contract. In addition we have concrete proof of him using our partner accounts.

Please be wary of hiring Andrew as he cannot be trusted, we are now pondering what legal action we should take. What would you do if you were in my situation?
