I don't know Malezia's reason for flaking but I am sure it was a good one as who would pass up a free trip to Hawaii?
Lensman you should hold another competition/vote for her replacement ending tomorrow noon or something, giving you time to book the ticket etc. I know you can't keep everyone happy but at least that would make another girls day/week/year and also make many of the disgruntled posters happy again. I am pretty sure you can get a refund/credit on Malezia's room and maybe ticket since it is 24hrs + to go.
