(public park)... and being exposed in public basically equates to a sex offense. Since it was your shoot and you are the person in charge (not the models), that makes you the offender. If someone wanted to push it, they could probly nail ya with something like public indecency or something.... but my guess is the cops were told to "diffuse the situation" and make the complaining person happy so they don't complain anymore.... and that means telling you whatever it takes to get you to leave the park.
