It isn't just "Calling" the person, it's also what you say on the phone. You can still harrass someone with 1 phonecall... Also if you crank call them, then post their number here and tell others to call them, you don't think thats harrassment. I think you might want to look into the laws again before you guys make a career at crank calling people, i mean i know it soo soo much fun to call people and bother them, god knows how much we all hate telemarketers, but to call people late at night, and sound like bevis and butthead on the phone, "uh, dude, you been getting a lot of calls, like, un really, wow, uh uh , bye!"
