I am from Dayton, and have numbers out of Florida and California. Most celebs do not handle small things like cell phone contracts. There management companies do. Once a month or so they get handed a phone. Most of them have several. They are disposable to them. Unless it was a home number, it could have an area code from anywhere, prolly, New York or somewhere in California.
