simple nudity is not a 2257 issue.
in the USA people have sued and won for invasion of property, there are other issues regarding making profit on these sorts of pix.
but photographing anyone using hidden camera is invasion of privacy---and whether it is "legal" or not, it sure is a chickenshit, smarmy thing to do.
on the other hand, in certain public nudity events where girls are posing for cameras US courts have ruled that the participants had not expectation of privacy and were not awarded damages (mardi gras, etc)
become conversant with the laws that are appropriate for what you are doing.
