I'm not going to pretend to be a know it all on these laws, but if any of you ever read
title 2256 or
title 2257. You would know that nudism is not covered by 2257. Doesn't mean it's a smart thing to do, with a spy cam, there is some new anti-voyeurism law that is was under the works.
So at the moment it's not illegal, but that doesn't mean you couldn't be held lible if someone wanted to sue you.
