From a technical standpoint, how much $ and time goes into setting up a paysite? Excluding the cost of paying a designer, content, etc. But including the cost of paying a programmer, host, and accepting CC (merchant account, CCbill, etc.)

Anyone out there that can do just this for a flat fee?
