That's a big giant step. If you're able to cut down, you're able to STOP. Are you down to one pack of cigs for the entire weekdays or what? I'm unclear on that.
Anyhow, I've found little by little did the trick til I trained the body to reject them. I think I've discovered something! I'm going to try it on several friends. See if they can quit too.
