Music is a business. It's that simple. And really, what rapper doesn't "borrow" from other songs, hell every time you turn on the radio and you hear a new rap tune the background is an 80s or 90s song. Snoops got a record out that when I first heard it, I thought it was an old one of his, I guess he used the old one to create the new one...
