well your focus needs to be on diet, and when you train you're going to want to hit up a good amount of cardio... do anything that gets your heart pumping ;) if you just want to workout at home, do this...
buy some dumbbells.. preferably the type you can screw weights on... get ones that can go up to around 35 to 50 lbs... there's a ton of exercises you can do with dumbbells... and get a ez-curlbar with some plates.. you can do some exercises for biceps (obviously), triceps, and even chest. go to my site

also put emphasis on running sprints... difficult INTENSE sprints...
