every time i've ever gotten to working out i would always workout at night, if only i had the time during the day i think i would have a ton more energy

I start almost every day like this
- one or two cups of coffee
- 50 sit ups
- 2 * 50 push ups
- 1 * 65 push ups
- 75 sit ups
then couple of hours later I do 3 * 100 sit ups
then about one hour after dinner
- 50 sit ups
- 3 * 50 push ups
- 2 * 65 push ups
- 75 sit ups
