I've lifted consistently now for a bit over 3 years... I've always worked out in the afternoon - but that's just me, some people prefer to workout in the morning which is fine.

acheiving a great looking muscular body requires the same approach that anything else does in life where there is a goal... a good example of this is becoming successful online... the goal is to make good steady $$, and when you first start out it is bumpy (assuming you don't have someone hookin ya up) and difficult because you're operating solely on faith, faith that your work will pay off...

well with fitness whether you wish to lose fat, or build muscle is the same exact situation. it takes several hard working months to see the results of your labor. after a year of working out 4/5 days a week, all of that motivation that is hard to come by early on, is easily revived once you see your body making a significant and noticable transformation, and you only want more of it because it improves your life in more ways than one.

it's all about getting over that initial hump and sticking with it early on. all about consistency!
