Nope not even quite.
If she were run over by the tank, 2/3 of her head would be either ground into the pavement or on the track. The blood would have squirted out near her head in many directions, primarily out like from the top of her head.
It's clearly a house to house operation (MOUT) and this woman was shot, and bled out from a gut wound into the street. MOre than likely she was either caught in a crossfire or was shot by either side while running through the alley.
Often times civilians are pulled out of their house, shot in the street, and left there as boobytraps or left as "delay bodies". Troops come up on the body and dismount and get ambushed.
The other most common situation, houses are taken over, the women are forced out of the house, family members are held hostage, and told to run towards the Americans. They are told if they don't run right to them their family will die. They run up to the vehicles or check point, the SOP is to stop people from approching the vehicles, they get shot. All the while the thing is being video tapped from the house...shows Americans shooting unarmend civilians.
I've been down this road too many times to count, it's a very common tactict from the Philippines to SWA, to Eastern Europe. Even worse is coming up to the house of the families, throats slit, walls painted in blood, and bad guys long gone.
