A Message From Chris Mallick

To clear the air, some basic facts:

1. The rumors that I quit as CEO are not true. I did not quit my job as CEO of Paycom.

2. It is true, however, that I am no longer the CEO of Paycom and I have not been the CEO since February 11th.

3. I continue to own my shares in Paycom; nothing has changed whatsoever as to my ownership percentage, nothing.

4. It is not possible to reach me through Paycom email or on my old cell phone number. Those have changed. If you want my number and / or email, please reply to this post and I will contact you ASAP.

5. If you have received a reply from me at Paycom or ePassporte since February 11th at 5PM PST, the reply did not come from me. I would like to know if you have any such email reply. The same is true for my cell phone voice or text messages; I have not had those since the 11th either.

6. I am not leaving the credit card issuing or processing industry in any way, shape or form.

7. It is not proper for me to say anything more at this point, but I will, soon.

Any of you that know me, know that I will give you cold, hard, reliable and accurate facts, but only when appropriate. I feel like one of my strengths is communication. I believe in it whole-heartedly and that won?t change. So you will be hearing from me soon as to this event and as to my plans for the future. I hope that when those plans are announced you will be happy and excited for me and about the prospects they will bring. Well, not everyone will be happy or excited?.

I will be happy to post replies to the extent that I can, but until I can say more that is meaningful, please understand that I may not reply.

One last, important thing: To most the incredible Team at Paycom? What we did together, over the past 5 years was amazing. I was and am proud of you as friends, employees and teammates. To most of you that I met while at Paycom and to those that I brought with me to Paycom, you remain my friends. I hope and trust that if a call comes to you from me, you will take it and we can have a drink together.

I?ll be offline for a few hours, then back around to answer posts.

Be well....

C
