There was a cop who got fired where I live here for running a red light.
He wasnt going to a call, he just wanted to run it, turned his lights on breezed through it and then turned them off as soon as he got onto the other side of the intersection. Some guy followed him right through the red light and blocked his way at the next intersection, called the Sheriff right there.
Officer was cited for running a red light.
