put it this way... I do 1 million a year.. Because you are vital to my success.. I pay you 50% ... $500k .. Why? Because I think you are worth %50 of the business...(even though that % can be negotiated) Next year.. I make $300k .. you think you should get $500k .. base on fucking what? Your salary is based on profits... If I make $20 millions.. you get 10millions.. If i make $300k you get $150k ..... Its not a hard concept to grasp is it..?
