My assumption is that its not just to one gallery.
For sure, you would have to use some partner accounts and paid listings, but also
Make 10 galleries, submit
Make 10 galleries the next day, submit
Make 10 galleries the next day, submit
.....
Eventually, you are getting traffic from a bunch of different galleries all on the same day.
How many gallery hits do you think each one should get?
Would I be wrong about this?
