Maybe you got a different relationship with your boys, but if its me and one of my friends shit will hit the fan. Your ex is your ex for a reason. Who gives a shit who she's fucking? And it doesn't matter who your boy is fucking until its your ex. In my mind, its all between you and your roommate. You need to say some shit to him.
