Miami would be my choice because its kind of like NYC in that it never sleeps. You've got plenty of full-nude strip clubs and nightclubs with 24 hour liquor licences that stay open all night and into the next day. If you want to raise a family, you can move out to Coral Gables or Kendall. However, you also need to have a lot of money and appreciate the Cuban culture or you will just be bitter, unhappy, and wondering why everyone keeps yelling at you in Spanish.
