This is what I get when I try and sign up via the ccbill retrieval form in your webmaster section:
Form Error The form is missing required HTML fields. The webmaster must have a private copy of the signup form. If any needed form fields were removed then you will not be able to sign up. Contact the webmaster of the site that led you here
