Considering Raven is out here in the northwest, my best bet is he'll be patrolling Alaska, Washington State and the Canadian border..
With that said, one thing i can think of is he'll be looking for all those lost crabbing boats in the middle of the ocean... O_o
But then again, if its military, I don't think he gets to pick where he patrols right?
