Sorry but the withdrawal parameters don't work that way. As JupZChris stated, the limits are for a 24 hour period. And yes, it is a risk management paramter.
As Slapass stated, account holders in the U.S. can move money to their bank account but there are limits to that as well. Same reasons. Transfer and withdrawal limits can be raised by further verifying your identity with ePassporte Customer Service.
You can also use your Virtual account and Electron card to make purchases. There are no costs incurred by spending your own money.
