Not being rude, I'm just curious.

If you can't feel anything below the waste do you still have a sex drive? I'm assuming everything works in the groin area but you can't feel it because the spine was severed, but the hormones (testosterone) still travels thru your body the same. This seems like it would answer whether sex drive is more physical or more pyschological.

If they still have it, what would a paraplegic do to "alleviate" themselves?
