It seems to be a VB bug, only noticed it since the upgrade. It's happened in several contests, people take screenshots, accuse each other of cheating/deleting posts etc
but after a while it settles down and won't change. The person in the winning spot after the dust has settled has in the past been declared the winner although sometimes the contest organizers split the prize (half an Ipod? hehe) or add more prizes to try and keep most people happy.
