What happened between AaronM and I was unfortunate, yes. A relationship damaged, yes. Unrepairable? no.

I've always liked Aaron's photography. I intended to hire him as a photographer, until I realized that posting (and arguing/bashing) on the boards was something he was not willing to give up. I don't allow anyone but marketing people in my company to post on the boards (especially negative posts) since I see posting as a marketing/branding function. If there is a negative post to coming from Lightspeed, it comes from me.

I expected to keep Aaron way to busy to worry about these boards, but he had different expectations, so it was best to part ways.

Aaron and I have put this one way behind us, and honestly, I think rescinding that offer gave us both room for different opportunities, probably for the better.
