You are absolutly allowed to talk about the holocaust and you are absolutly allowed to deny it. But you are not allowed to publish it (books, newspapers ...). That again depends on how you say it and thats a judge who has to decide that (maybe you are having a discussion whether those gas chamber existed or not ... thats allowed of course, no problems at all).
Amaudruz printed hate articles in a newspaper and that was the reason why he was arrested

In many countries you can write such articles and you'll probably just get fired and beat up by an angry mob instead of serving jail time. Exactly what I was saying. "Free speech" has different interpretations in different countries.
Really true free speech. Does it exist anywhere?
