Step 1
When you get a booking request you have to establish a ticket record and look to see if there are any vacant seats left.
Step 2
? If there are no vacant seats left, add the request to the waiting list and inform the enquirer about the request. Your request is now complete.
? If there is a vacant seat available, you then must check to see if the booking request is firm.
Step 3
? If the booking request is firm, add it to the firm booking requests list and inform theenquirer about the request. Skip step 4 and go to step 5.
? If the booking request isn?t firm, add it to the provisional booking requests list and ask the enquirer for a confirmation for this request.
Step 4
? If you get the confirmation for the booking request, add it to the firm booking requests list.
? If you don?t get the confirmation for the booking request, cancel this booking and take the next booking request from the waiting list. Check if it is confirmed. Repeat this action until you get a confirmed booking request and then add it to the firm booking requests list.
Step 5
Inform the enquirer about the firm booking request and check if there is enough credit available for the ticket.
Step 6
? If the credit is good, you have to update the cash record and then print the ticket. This request is now complete.
? If the credit isn?t available, then you must demand for the payment.
Step 7
? If you receive the payment for the ticket until the time limit is reached, update the cash record and then print the ticket. This request is now complete.
? If you don?t receive the payment for the ticket until the time limit is reached, cancel this booking request and take the next booking request from the waiting list. Check if it?s confirmed. Repeat this action until you get a confirmed booking request and then add it to the firm booking requests list. Go to step 5.
