What makes me think this way is that you hear SO SO SO many stories of shit like this happening all the time. A guy or girl is in a relationship when things go sour and then WHAM, lawyers' fees out the ass, bitter seperation, the whole 9 yards of divorce hell!
I don't plan on getting married anytime in the next several years, but I'm thinking ahead and planning on protecting myself. I'll let the girlfriend know why I'm doing it and if she's not happy, she can hit the road!
