They install all that crap like image magic, zend, ...well anything you need and no they don't charge any extra for it. I'm like a support pain in the ass because I cant do anything on a server myself, yet these guys hook me up with everything I need. I saw them recommended on a hosting thread so I talked to them and a few others and decided to go with them. I am very happy with the service, prices, and support thus far
