i as a human don't know the answer to everything...
maybe our life is just something really small and meaningless in god terms... children who die make us humans sad, but maybe in the LONG run things remain good... you don't know what happens after death...maybe some children who die would have a shitty life if they didn't... just raising assumptions... again, as a human i can't give you certein answers to this questions...
also, a simple question to you: if there is no god, then who created the universe? who started everything?
of course you can ask me in return: 'but who created god?' but you'd be wrong... this is not a valid question because god, unlike the universe is something which is outside of time... it is obvious that the universe had to be created somehow... there is no doubt about that... things had to start somehow... but god is not something material, and god is outside of the universe and outside of time... so asking who created god is not even a valid question...
