Anyone know of a service that allows you to call land based lines from your PC for cheaper rates BUT also gives you an incomming capability from land lines to your PC (i.e they give you a phone number that goes to your PC's IP?).

I currently use Net2Phone for transatlantic - but I'd love to have incomming as well (Don't ask - long story).
