When the original partition was imposed there were indiginent people in the area. The partition allowed them land. They are demanding that land and they will not just pack up and leave.

They were offered that land a couple of years again.
They refused and ordered more suicide bombings.
Strange....if you keep begging me for a cookie, and lighting my house on fire until I give you one, then I offer you one and you say no thanks, and light my house on fire again, I'm going to have a problem believing that you'll stop doing it if I give you a cookie.
