Sell me on why I should promote your sites on top of everybody elses.
I say use us in conjunction with other sponsors. We have two sites is specific niches, but we do a great job of selling those niches, so I'm only interested in your general hardcore/big dick traffic and big boobs/amateur/big natural boob traffic.
What are you able to do for me to guarantee my success with your program?
I spend countless hours with affiliates providing them tools to promote our sites but also custom adverts (time allowing), site criticques, ratio improvement tips, tutorials/explanations of how best to sell our niches and since I'm also a webmaster who sends my own traffic, I can tell you what has worked for me (though the same things won't work for everyone, I have some idea of what works better)
Some questions I would have is:
Who does your processing? (checks are a must not an option)
we use cascading (epoch as primary and ccbill and secondary) billing. Affiliates are paid on all billers including web900, checks, 123bill and even money orders.
Why is your content better than the others? (fresh ideas sell better)
We shoot exclusive content and our shooters are into the niches themselves, so now how to properly shoot the niche.
Can I see your members area before I send traffic your way? (sales are better made when I know what the customer will be getting)

What affiliate script are you using? (there is a lot of mistrust in scripts like MPA2 which has been proven to have a shave feature)

Whats your average sales ratio for affiliates?
I really hate this question...so answer mine...how will you be sending traffic? if it's via TGPs and/or hosted galleries, it won't convert as well as SE and mailer traffic. Do you mean average for a day, week, month, year?
