could be possible, but i doudt it. my bestfriends father lost a huge portion of his thumb in the navy. a local doctor who has been researching her product for 15+ yrs used him as a test subject. She did all sorts of therapy treatments which included massage, this herbal cream, and hypnosis and his thumb did grow some, after a yr there was about a 1/4" bigger in length. He kept using the creams, but nothing happened so he stopped. But he was in all sorts of journal articles the dr submitted. so if the guy was hung like a horse, then i dont buy it, a 1/4" penis, sure! ;)
