I'll second (third?) dreamcash.com.. The system has a traffic sorter that determines the most effective website to send it to, has decent conversion, and great billing. And I know a bunch of the people over there (including my biz partner who works over there)..
They're good people, always pay on time and are responsive.
I won't even include our referral code to them, send em traffic and go with it.
