really depends on the situation. if the guy was a friend, absolutely not.

if i was just aware that she had a boyfriend, didn't know him - then yeah, i can't worry about strangers - for all i know she's cheating on a scumbag who beats her.

but what about this situation - u like this girl, meaning you think you would like more than casual sex or a one night stand , u have known her for awhile, she has a serious boyfriend so you have never pursued her - then she gives u the signal - part of you is flipping cartwheels - but on the other hand this comes to mind, she cheated on that guy, what makes you any different? nothing, 6 months or a year from now you will be in the other guy's shoes.
