FOUNDRYNAP support kicks ass !!!

I hate to see a good company get a bad rep because of a one-time fuckup.

I have used foundrynap for awhile now , and i contact support very often. This is the very first time i couldnt get ahold of them after seeing a thread about foundrynap on the board, i thought i would pass it along to magg.

The phone number is currently down because its forwarding to a PERSONAL CELL PHONE that happens to be down right now. Its not a big deal , and its the first time i have EVER seen it happen.

These guys are on the ball. I have contacted them at 3am on a sunday and gotten fast action, so it sucks to see a one time fuckup being broadcast as standard business practise for foundrynap when that just isn't the case.

I would rather get a slow response on the rare occasion , then have a host with 30 outsourced gas jockey support staff that cant actually do anything anyways.


I think other hosts should stop slamming each other over every minor detail.

Some other hosts you usually see in complaint threads are webair and isprime.

I know people who host on all 3 and they all have great support , fair prices, and fast speeds , so i would be hard pressed to say something bad about any of them.
