As far as making sure we're honest - there are a few things we can do. One is have you take a peak at our code. We really have nothing to hide and can easily arrange for someone to do a fair audit on a regular basis so that you can sleep at night
Also, we can even write a simple PHP or Perl utility for you to run as a Crontab that will send clicks to us on an interval of your choice and calculate the outgoing traffic sharing percentage. Real simple, and for all I care, you can run it even every 2 minutes if you want. Again, the last thing we want to do is cheat and will do our best to convince you.
